My session with Kaisha was BEAUTIFULLY healing

It is difficult to articulate the power of her abilities if you haven't experienced them, however, I will try. Kaisha has an innate ability to channel the subconscious & in doing so, was able to describe feelings, thoughts, patterns, & limiting beliefs that have continuously kept me in a state of uncertainty & stagnation. She was able to connect to experiences from childhood (none of which I verbalized) to show me areas of myself I have not resolved or grown through. She provided me with exercises to switch my perspectives which immediately gave me a new appreciation for the most painful experiences I've ever encountered thus far. We ended with an energy clearing & I could not be more grateful for the relief she provided me. To say I feel lighter or softer seems like an understatement of the century but I can not explain it in any other way. I will undoubtably continue to work with Kaisha & although we just ended our session- I already can’t wait to do it again.

Kaisha is SO incredibly helpful

She provides me with tools to start working to flush to the negative energy in my life (which there has been a TON of recently in my life). One of the tools was writing a letter to my past self as a child on how everything will be okay & I will get passed the trauma & grow. Talk about deep 🙏🏻. I already feel lighter & will continue to see her weekly until I feel my positive energy is at its highest & know how to rid the negative energy.
